Java: Fast CRC32C (parte I)

La implementacion de CRC32C (una version diferente de CRC32 de Guy Castagnoli, Stefan Braeuer y Martin Herrman) para Java (usando tablas, es mas rapido que el CRC32 nativo de Java)
